Secret Key Generation for Intelligent Reflecting Surface Assisted Wireless Communication Networks

چکیده

We propose and analyze secret key generation using intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) assisted wireless communication networks. To this end, we first formulate the minimum achievable capacity for an IRS acting as a passive beamformer in presence of multiple eavesdroppers. Next, develop optimization framework coefficients based on lower bound. derive tractable efficient solution, design semidefinite relaxation (SDR) successive convex approximation (SCA) algorithm proposed optimization. Simulation results show that employing our IRS-based can significantly improve wide-range channel parameters.

Secret Key Generation for Fading Wireless Channel

The multipath-rich wireless atmosphere allied with typical wireless usage scenarios is characterized by a vanishing channel retort that is time-varying, location-sensitive, and only shared by a given transmitter–receiver pair. The complexity allied with a highly scattering atmosphere implies that the short-term vanishing process is intrinsically hard to envisage and best modeled stochastically,...

Lattice Codes for Secure Communication and Secret Key Generation

In this work, we study two problems in information-theoretic security. Firstly, we study a wireless network where two nodes want to securely exchange messages via an honestbut-curious bidirectional relay. There is no direct link between the user nodes, and all communication must take place through the relay. The relay behaves like a passive eavesdropper, but otherwise follows the protocol it is...

Hypercube Bivariate-Based Key Management for Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor networks are composed of very small devices, called sensor nodes, for numerous applications in the environment. In adversarial environments, the securitybecomes a crucial issue in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). There are various securityservices in WSNs such as key management, authentication, and pairwise keyestablishment. Due to some limitations on sensor nodes, the previous k...

Poster: Exploiting Multiple-Antenna Diversity for Shared Secret Key Generation in Wireless Networks

Generating a secret key between two parties by extracting the shared randomness in the wireless fading channel is an emerging area of research. Previous works focus mainly on single-antenna systems. Multiple-antenna devices have the potential to provide more randomness for key generation than single-antenna ones. However, the performance of key generation using multiple-antenna devices in a rea...
